Nina is a passionate cook and learnt how to cook from her Yiayia (Greek nanna) and her parents who ran food businesses for many years. She loves to travel and discover new cultures and traditions and loves sharing her knowledge of food and teaching people simple skills to get inspired in the kitchen.

Nina has lived in the Illawarra for almost 15 years and is part of an amazing community of people who share her passion for food, the arts and the environment. Nina has built relationships with many local business owners and producers and loves sharing her knowledge with you.

TOUR GUIDE

Alissa grew up and has lived most of her life in Fairy Meadow, on Dharawal Country. I learned early that food is family, food is community and food is culture. I have continued to practice an “eat the world!” approach to life and often explore the world through my tastebuds.

But more than that I love the connections and friendships that food creates, the learning and exploring of others, and their stories.
