Come and join us for a delicious Vietnamese meal, where we will learn to make (and roll!) Vietnamese spring rolls, along with a beautiful vermicelli salad with all the trimmings. We will then turn them into a delicious Bún Chả Giò - Spring Roll Vermicelli Salad Bowl.
Alissa’s first experience in the kitchen began as a small child where she was always the taster for the delicious meals her mum made. In this way she learned to prep, and cook traditional Vietnamese food. And now she wants to share this with you!
This is a hands on class, participants will help cook the dish and then you will all sit down together and enjoy it. Bookings are essential.
